#11 RRFBs for school zones

In this course, we'll turn our attention to crosswalk treatments for school zones, specifically pairing rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs) with crosswalk signs. We'll focus on RRFB effectiveness, how the technology works to improve driver awareness, and how it can fit into a school zone safety plan.
